Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in the US for a flat shipping rate of $8.95.
How long will it take to get my order if I choose to ship?
Orders will ship 2-3 days from your purchase. Once shipped, packages will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer giftcards?
Yes we do! You can purchase one here. Prairie Coast giftcards are delivered digitally. Enter the recipient's email at checkout and it will be delivered immediately to their email.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We do not offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. If you’re truly unhappy with an item you received, please reach out to us at hello@prairiecoastcandleco.com - we want to make it right.
What if my package arrives broken or damaged?
We take great care in packing your order, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please send us an email at hello@prairiecoastcandleco.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a few photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we have those, we’ll get a replacement sent your way as quickly as possible.
