Do you have free shipping?

We do ship for FREE for any orders totaling over $100.00 USD.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in the USA.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will happily offer a replacement. If you are absolutely unhappy about an item you ordered, please reach out via email: kristina@prairiecoastcandleco.com.

Do you offer giftcards?

Yes! Prairie Coast Candle Co. gift cards are delivered digitally and sold in increments of $25. You can find them here.

How does local pick-up work?

At checkout, select the local pickup option. Once your order is ready to be picked up (typically within 1-3 business days), you will get an email with information on how to pick up. 

 Pickup is in Omaha, NE.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes you definitely can!

If you'd like to include a note with your gift, please type it in the “order notes” BEFORE checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If this happens, please email us a photo of the following ASAP:

  1. a photo of the damaged item up close
  2. a photo of the box
  3. a photo of the shipping label on the box
