Candle Refill - Local Pickup Only
Bring your favorite vessel back to life!
Our Candle Refills are available in 8oz and 10oz sizes—designed to give your jars a second (or third!) life while keeping things sustainable and simple.
How it works:
- Purchase your desired refill size and scent right here on our website.
- Drop off your cleaned jar (tips on how to clean below) at Makers Street (1108 Jackson Street in the Old Market. Open: Weds-Sun 10am-5pm) and place it in our Candle Refill Bin.
- Fill out a card (provided next to the bin) with your name, order number, and your preferred contact info.
- We'll send you a text or email when your candle is freshly poured and ready for pickup!
Please note: This service is only available for local pickup at Makers Street and is not eligible for shipping.
Cleaning Tips:
Before dropping off your jar, make sure it’s clean and free of old wax or debris. Here’s how:
- Place the jar in the freezer for a few hours—leftover wax will pop right out.
- Remove any remaining wick tabs or glue with a spoon or butter knife, CAREFULLY.
- Wash with warm, soapy water and let it dry completely before dropping off.
Refilling your candle is a simple way to reduce waste, reuse what you already love, and recycle in style. Thank you for joining us in making more mindful choices.

CANDLE CARE
- During the first burn, allow the wax to pool all the way to the edges of the jar.
- Never leave a lit candle unattended.
- Always burn your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface.
- Do not leave a candle burning while you are sleeping.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Keep away from drafts like vents, fans, or windows.
- Your 8oz candle should last 40+ hours
- Please trim your wick between burns.
- Always trim your wick to 1/4"
- Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Recycle your candle jar when there is 1/4" of wax left at the bottom.
- Never extinguish your candle with water.
- Never add any debris of any kind to the candles melt pool.
